Our Fees
At Home Trace we specialise in finding homes in West Sussex and parts of Surrey. By focusing on this geographical area for our property search we can keep our charges lower and have a better knowledge of the location and properties for sale or rental.
We act of behalf of buyers, however if you are selling your home and wish to ensure we are aware of it and can introduce it to our buyers please email us with details, we do not charge commission or advertise your property but will view and promote it to our clients if suitable.
Buying
Our charges consist of a registration fee of £250 payable when we
meet and take the detailed specification of the property you
are looking for, this registration fee covers the first two months of
your property search. Thereafter we charge a monthly fee of
£125 until a suitable property is found and your offer accepted.
A fee of 0.5% of the purchase price is payable on completion.
Renting
Our charges for searching for rental property consist of a £200
registration fee, and a final finder's fee of 50% of one month's rent
on signing the tenancy agreement.
