We know how difficult it can be to find the right property, so we aim to get a detailed specification from you, ensuring we know all your requirements, once we have a good picture of your ideal property we will search the area on your behalf, and advise you of suitable properties. We take into account the immediate location and the surrounding area, and inform you of anything which may be less desirable nearby.

The properties are then viewed and a detailed report of the property and surrounding area, with maps, photographs and video clips is available to you online, or by post, if you prefer. Each report also gives details of the location of the property and its proximity to amenities and recreational facilities, including schools and colleges, golf courses and shopping centres, along with any specific requirement you may have given us. If you wish to view a property we will then arrange an accompanied viewing at a suitable time. Having an agent search for you, means you get an independent impartial view, not that of the estate agent or vendor.
